A VMB or Voice Mail Box is a computer that acts as an answering machine for users. Each user will be given their own Voice Mail Box on the system. Each mail box will have a box number which is usually the phone number of the user and an access code.
If you do not have an access code you will not be able to retrieve the messages left in your mail box. If you were able to access your voice mail box you can be able to listen to the messages and then save or delte them. Access code for new users will be the mailbox number or 1234, which is commonly used for new voice mail box.
